The cuisine of Mikel Odriozola
After training and gaining experience in renowned restaurants, I decided to embark on this small gastronomic adventure and open Orgi Restaurant. The name was chosen because of its proximity to Orgi Forest, one of the wonders of the Ulzama Valley.
From a very young age, at my home in Zumaia, I enjoyed the valley’s gastronomy with local, high-quality ingredients.
Over the years, my interest in cooking grew. My philosophy is serious, renewed and highly personal cuisine.
A cuisine rooted in the Atlantic, yet influenced by my journey away from home, including the East and Japan.
