We are in the Ulzama Valley, on the outskirts of Gerendiain next to the NA-411 road, 200 metres from the Orgi oak forest and beside the Ulzama Golf course.
Aitona offers breakfasts, mid-morning snacks, afternoon snacks and dinners for all budgets: from sandwiches and combined plates, to the daily menu, the special weekend menu and the cider-house menu—always prioritising quality at the best price.
Aitona used to be a dairy factory, renovated and transformed into the current restaurant, where you can enjoy delicious dishes in a calm atmosphere with family and friends.
It has 3 dining rooms, a bar, a large car park, swings and a terrace with lovely views over the meadows and forests of Ulzama.
The building is distributed over two floors and has a maximum capacity of around 250 diners. On the ground floor you will find the bar with a large counter and two of the dining rooms. In one of them, with capacity for 40 people, we serve the daily menu, combined plates and sandwiches.
The other is the main dining room, with capacity for about 150 diners, featuring a wood-fired grill and a kupela barrel from which you can pour your own house cider.
On the first floor we have a lounge (Salón Noble) with capacity for 50 people, ideal for company meetings or family and friends’ celebrations, where we offer dining with maximum privacy and discretion.
Our dishes are made with quality, seasonal produce. Typical local products include beef steak, cuajada, homemade desserts and house cider made from our own apple trees—always aiming for the best quality and service.
