Description

Casa Rural Juandiegorena consists of two accommodations that can be rented separately or together, with a maximum of 30 places within the same building.

Juandiegorena I is suitable for 16–18 guests, while Juandiegorena II is prepared for 10–12 guests. Both are fully equipped, with kitchen and a large living-dining room. Outside there is covered parking, a barbecue and a garden.

Having both accommodations in the same building allows us to adapt to guests’ needs when a group is larger than the capacity of one unit but smaller than the combined total capacity of both units.

The owner highlights

The accommodation is in a very quiet area surrounded by beautiful landscapes. It is very comfortable and has everything needed for large groups to enjoy a pleasant stay with family and/or friends.

Beds

Total Juandiegorena I & II → 16 single beds and 5 double beds. Up to 4 extra beds can be added (€12 per bed per night) and 2 cots.

Juandiegorena I → 10 single beds and 3 double beds. Up to 2 extra beds can be added (€12 per bed per night) and 1 cot.

Juandiegorena II → 6 single beds and 2 double beds. Up to 2 extra beds can be added (€12 per bed per night) and 1 cot.

Places are counted per occupied bed, whether used by adults or children.

Juandiegorena I is located on the ground floor and first floor of the building. It has 8 double rooms, 6 of which have private bathrooms and 2 share one, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living-dining room with a wood-burning stove. It has 3 hairdryers, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Juandiegorena II is located on the second floor and has 5 double rooms with private bathrooms, a large living-dining room with a wood-burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen. It has 2 hairdryers and a washing machine.

Heating throughout the house is underfloor and is powered by solar energy, as the accommodation has solar panels.

Shared outdoor areas for both accommodations include covered parking, a covered barbecue and the garden.

We also provide all the cookware needed to prepare calderete or paella.
